NestPet Shipping Policy
We ship practical pet essentials with clear delivery expectations and tracking provided after dispatch.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
Our primary market is the United States. Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand may also be available at checkout where shipping rates are shown.
Estimated Delivery Times
- US warehouse products: 3-7 business days after processing
- Overseas warehouse products: 7-15 business days after processing
- International orders where available: estimated delivery is shown at checkout and may vary by destination
Shipping Costs
Free US shipping over $50. Orders under $50 and non-US destinations are calculated at checkout based on destination and order details.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Most carriers update tracking within 1-2 business days of dispatch.
Separate Packages
If your order combines items from different warehouses, items may arrive in separate packages on different days. This is normal and tracking will be provided where available.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, contact us at petnest.store@outlook.com within 7 days. We will investigate with the carrier and help resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us within 12 hours and we will try to update it before shipping.
