NestPet Return & Refund Policy
At NestPet, your satisfaction matters. If you have an issue with your order, contact us and we will review it according to this policy.
Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. After 30 days we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be:
• Unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
• Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used: grooming brushes, bath towels, bath gloves, and water bottles.
How to Start a Return
• Email petnest.store@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return
• We'll usually reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions
• Ship the item back (return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect)
• Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange. The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order for the replacement.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within 10 business days after we confirmed it was processed:
• Check your bank account again
• Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund appears
• Contact your bank — some processing time is typical
• Still nothing? Email us at petnest.store@outlook.com and we'll investigate
